This homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs is quite simple to make. No lengthy cooking required, and the sauce is made from scratch.
In contrary to what a lot of people think, Spaghetti and Meatballs is not an Italian dish, but rather an Italian American invention. No matter where it’s from, this recipe will put a smile on your face, and maybe a little sauce too!
Make sure you buy equal quantities of good pork and beef mince. It needs to have a little fat in there, go for around 15-20%.

Awesommme meatballs & sauce!! I was taught by my grandmother & mother. Both were great cooks but my grandmother owned restaurants. The only difference is my grandmother chopped 🥖 bread into 1/2” pieces and added a little milk and then squeezed some of the milk out. Then, added it to the meatballs. Now a chef friend of mine uses Thyme in the sauce and oregano 🌿 in the meatballs like yours. You make everything 👀 look so appealing. Nice 👍🏻 job bro 😎 You are so talented and I’m really happy 😃 you share your gift with us. Not everyone can do what you do. Truth.

Thanks Anthony, yes milk and bread can help keep the meatballs juicier, see my older meatball recipe, I kept this one simpler for an everyday recipe. There are so many variations you can do with this, play around with it, that's what cooking is all about. Enjoy! 👍

This is the best spaghetti and meatballs recipe I’ve ever followed. The key in my opinion is cooking the onions, garlic and oregano with the olive oil prior to mixing it with the meat. Never thought of it before but it does make the texture and the flavor of the meatballs significantly better. For the sauce I added sugar and basil as personal preference. Overall the dish came out perfect. Great job on this one! I also loved the editing with Whiskey while shaking the meatballs 😂 thank you.
