Homemade Pesto
Ingredients
2 cups fresh basil leaves
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 cup of walnuts
Dash of salt
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Mix in a food processor
Bruschetta
Soak diced Roma tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil, garlic and dried Italian seasoning
Toast bread
Spread pesto over each slice bread and top with diced tomatoes
