Water 120ml
Caster Sugar 12g
Instant Yeast 4g
Olive oil 10g
Bread Flour 200g
Salt 4g
Baking time
Preheat the oven to 250°C
Bake at 220°C for 5 to 6 mins or
until the bread just starts to take on a hint of colour
Tip
While the pitta bread is still warm, wrap it in a clean, dry kitchen towel.
The towel will help retain heat and prevent the bread from drying out.
