Once Luis started to knead the dough, one could see that he was an expert at it. BTW, learning that he has been working since very young is definitely a plus for him. My respect for someone who believes in working for his goals.

Louie is the only other guy i heard of that started working so young. The love of my life started a paper route at 12 years old in long island NY. Such go getters and they keep that work ethic their whole lives. Fantastic episode T. It made me so happy to watch. Enjoy every minute if your family because each moment is precious. I lost John last year after 21 yrs together he passed at age 52. Id do anything to cook a oizza with him now. Its the little things that means the most. Food gives us life and cooking gives us a love of life that reaches through time❣️🙏😚 Thank you, can't wait to try this.

This is too cute! But honestly this is one of the best pizza tutorial for pizza dough. Especially the stretching of the dough. Like I think I finally understand how to properly stretch the dough without breaking it!
