The time it takes doesn’t matter. Much like painting, it doesn’t matter if cooking takes a day or a minute. Art is art. When you create something with your two hands, all that matters is that that the outcome is positive.
I wish she had the correct pronunciations rather than making people pronounce with error. Leave Italian cooking to real Italians...IDC what her/his 23andme report states.
@@domisthebomb09 I just do not like being misinformed or left to go figure out the pronunciations myself. If you are going to put advertise yourself in front of me and consume my time, why not be as informative as possible. If her presentation is bland and uninformative then I must say how easily I jump to the conclusion that her cooking is par for the bland course.
I watched her make this live!! She was such an awesome chef in real life and seeing her and being able to talk to her in person was awesome!! THIS SMELLS SO GOOD WHEN YOU ARE NEXT TO IT!! The auditorium smelled amazing and I was front-row!
Pretty sure a lot of foods are plated with a small serving, like a 3 course meal. You ain’t gonna be finishing your dessert if you fill up on appetizers and your main course
😍Amazing! I love homemade ravioli. My boyfriend actually just made some the other day with lobster in it and it was 👌. Definitely going to try it this way for sure!
Excellent video w/ solid explanations. Thank you. Vegans can adapt these thing to keep it kosher for us. Now I know the whys & wherefore ~ hoping for empowerment.
Non mi ispira la salsina, io avrei fatto dorare il burro e la salvia, rendendola croccante, avrei impattato e poi grattugiato il parmigiano... Il formaggio va sempre messo alla fine... (il brodo è inutile)
So for anyone making this follow what she does in this video because the written version on food network is nothing like this video, the mixture called for three eggs yet on camera she says two eggs. The written recipe says your using the mushrooms for the sauce and they aren't incorporated into the ricotta and parm. I get being a cook you change things up but come on food network get with the program either write the recipe as shown or don't provide a written recipe and I'll write it down my self from watching the video. Ugh. PS the video instruction is on point, the filling is delicious, the dough took some working and add she said Commit to it, I'm at the final stage now off rolling out the dough, so far I'm happy with what I've got, but annoyed how I had to get here.
@@cristianmendez324 I don't agree with it but the stereotype is that women cook simple stuff at home for their families, and since chefs are dominating, inventors, 80 hour workweek heads of a company (who must constantly take charge of their employees and yell at them etc) they must be men
no, not lower end planetary mixer cause pasta dough is very dry you can damage lower end mixer. just do it by hand it takes like 5 min. start with flour and egg in a bowl and once it's sort together just dump on counter and finish bring together for about 5 min then wrap for 30 min rest.
I know how to cook book for someone that does not know how to cook that's a lot of steps to learn how to do a ravioli I think you should have gave him something very simple likes to make hamburgers or something is a little complicated for beginners
I am surprised that they allow her to cook with the rings on her fingers. That's very unsanitary. All the grooves in the rings or under them and between your skin will pick up "stuff." That flavor will also go into your food. For instance, soap and those trips to the bathroom will also be in your ravioli.
Not measuring in front of these people is a bad technique. Just because she knows how much oil to squirt out doesnt teach these people how to properly measure...
I just wanted to let you just open my phone just autocorrected lol you just Ryan is so you will see my dad just a couple minutes later just so we will just
I know Ravioli is Italian. But Chinese argue and believe that they are Chinese as dumplings. Even soccer... So you guys need to concern about Chinese stupid acts. if not, ravioli is framed as China thing. You can find those in Chinese news. You can also know that the Chinese effort to framing from pretening Korean Kimchi, Hanbok as Chinese things.
okay im confused is she a bad cook and this is a bad recipe? or is the chanell just called worst cooks in america? or is she just the only competent cook and everyone else sucks?
