I never knew how easy it was to make my favorite ice cream Rocky Road I made it yesterday and I have to say I'm in love thank you so very much for sharing ..you know I'm always going to have a fresh batch in my freezer thanks to you 😂😂
I guess that means I have to go to the store to purchase some ice cream, then eat it ALL, so that I can have a container in which to place your ice cream recipe concoction. That will be quite a hardship on me, but I guess I'll have to do it! 😁
a476716048 yeah and spend more money on ingredients rather than just buying the ice cream like a normal person where you could actually buy more than is made. Plus there is always the possibility you could mess it up and all the money spent was a waste
@@TheCooknShare I screwed it up😬😞 I made it too sweet, so I need to dilute it down - I used ready whip instead of whipping cream so it’s too rich😬 Still yummy, but way too sweet
Hello Dave. This is one of the best-looking ice creams I've seen so far. My intentions, soon, are to make myself some Maple Walnut ice cream. Also, since my brain is very active right now with ice cream flavors, how difficult would it be to have two flavors in the same bol? I'm seeing myself making a Chocolate - Orange kinda marble ice cream. Or maybe Chocolate - Strawberry one. Any suggestions on how to achieve this would be appreciated.

Hi Maryline. Do you mean table cream? It should be a cream that has a fairly high fast content. Whipping cream is about 30 percent which makes it good. I think table cream is around 15 or 20. Let me know if this helps.
Hi so I tried this recipe but my ice cream didn’t have the texture of an ice cream. It just tasted like I was eating a frozen condensed milk… no taste or texture of an ice cream at all. I feel so bummed cause I got so excited to make this but it didn’t turn out the way I would’ve liked
Yeah, heavy cream is right. Wonder if you whipped it a bit more. It would take the creamy element out. It's going to bug me now, so I'll do a redo in a few weeks to find out what's going on. Thanks for the feedback. Sorry you didn't like it.
I followed the measurements and instructions, but my ice cream base (i.e. chocolate and whipping cream mixture) turned out to be thin. Hence, the walnuts & chocolate chips are sinking, and the marshmallows are floating. I just placed it in the fridge, hoping it will still turn out fine.
