Debbie and I needed a sandblasting cabinet for prepping our plasma cut metal to be powder coated and for various other projects. cabinets this size were way out of our price range so we decided to make our own. We are both happy with how it turned out.

That thing is sweet! I have a Harbor Freight blast cabinet. It's really good at leaking sand all over the floor. That's about the only thing it does well.

thanks wes. Wanted to do it once so i made it big. Planned on being able to get 22.5 rims in there and other truck or tractor parts too.

Great work and great savings on buying a similar sized cabinet off the shelf. Only one thing I would respectfully suggest is to change that gun😬😬.

That is a killer cabinet! I’m sure you did the math on it, how much did you save building it yourself compared to buying one? Might be a project for me.

similar to Scatblast 1436 Pro Restorer Blast Cabinet so I saved about 2600$ over buying one
