Here we will be making this shampoo as it was being made in Indian households for centuries from herbal ingredients. This is a requested video and though it is not a food video, it is definitely coming from my kitchen. So let's head into the kitchen and make this Ayurvedic Herbal Shampoo which will cleanse your hair and body the natural way as our grannies used to do in the good old days.
Ingredients in the order of instructions:
50 gms Shikakai/Acacia Concina
50 gms Reetha/Soap nuts
50 gms dry Amla/Gooseberry
1 tbsp Fenugreek/Methi seeds
1 tbsp Kalonji/Nigella seeds
1 litre Water
1/2 cup Curry leaves
1/2 litre Water
