@@6stringgunner511 A few years from now been doing it for over 25 years🤣🤣🤣!Now my back isn't great but bent over all day will do that.A messed up rotor cup don't know what the hell that is on the body!A rotator cuff now still don't know how you would mess that up carring shingles up a ladder 10-12 feet or less!Your knees I guess could get messed up if you stepped wrong.My point is for all the time and effort put in to this slow ass lift a person could carry the shingles up faster!That if you had another person or two it really go fast.Im all for working smarter not harder but this is a waste of time for a single story house!If you work in construction and can't carry a few bundles of shingles up a one story ladder then you should be in another line of work!By the way being physically fit strong and healthy isn't such a bad thing in this life!
