Homemade Spanish Style- GOURMET BANGUS 

Spanish-style Gourmet Bangus is a Pinoy favorite that goes well with rice..Its a different variant of cooking sardines where fish is pressure cooked in oil.
INGREDIENTS
1 kg Sliced Bangus (Milkfish)
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp powdered seasoning
4 cups olive oil
1 ½ tbsp fish sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup bayleaves
2 bulbs garlic
1 big carrots
1 tbsp whole peppercorn
10 pcs chillies
FOR BRINING
6 cups water
1/2 cup salt
