Thank you one and all for not forgetting us as we start to emerge from COVID. I have great affection and appreciation for the whole team. I have some vegans coming over and I’ll look supercool whipping up that ramen - hold the egg!
You are so generous inside and out and we greatly appreciate every video that you share with us. Your Ramen recipe has given be the face to make it I am so excited. Please give our love to Leonard
Let me join the chorus of people praising you on this episode! Your approach to cooking and entertaining is fun and inspiring. Andy D. can attest to the fact that I couldn't tear myself away from the episode nor from raving about what a punch you pack as an online cooking/hosting guru. Indeed, while I love the idea of the show, it is your smart, breezy, practical and personable delivery that knocks me out!
Bonjour Randy - what a fun video today, Love the soup and chicken with broccoli (my fav). Well mon amie you just gave me a great idea for cooking this afternoon - thank you for that. It is so sad and grey and humid and cold weather here in Québec... that means : Perfect time to hit the kitchen and have a little fun - of course all that fun with a good glass of wine while cooking, right ? Anyway, Bonne Journée mon amie. Merci et à bientôt ! oxox
I was just thinking of you...missing you and here you are. Last night we, my fella and I and our goofy lovely Bella had two people over for a dinner party. We've decided in these strange times to travel to other places by having themed dinners, just like the seventies. They had an excellent New Orleans meal for us. We had a six course French country dinner for them. So much fun and you can drink a lot of wine if you take your time! See you next time and squeeze Leonard for me. I think he'd look swell in a smoking jacket.
Yum Ramen is so good with a Miso Base! Yes, noted the additional use for the delicious Aleppo Peppers from Spice House. Dumplings are a family favorite - love them with chili oil and Panzu Also noted Grapeseed oil with high smoke properties
Randy as always I'm beyond THRILLED to see the latest edition of DPT on its premier day! These look like great dishes that I will be making. Now here's my question: How can I share my recipe for Ricotta Burnt Basque Cheesecake with Blueberry Sauce? I would be ECSTATIC to see you making this elegant and very delicious dessert for all the DPT fans!
Steamed or Fried? Exactly! That is a collective consciousness statement. For shits and giggles, if you want check out RU-vid channel "Souped Up Recipes" with Mandy. This little waif who started in her small apartment teaches crazy authentic Chinese as well as perfecting American takeout.
I had bad experiences with tofu, for example, I had a Thai dish with it and the tofu was like the little pieces of fat you find in a can of pork and beans. It really turned me off on it. With that being said, I am willing to try something new. I may make these and use tofu in a few just to try again and ground pork in the others. I trust your knowledge!
