I will show you how to make this super easy tick repellent spray with just 3 ingredients. It’s safe to use on children over the age of 30 months. Do not spray on tick that is biting you as they will regurgitate venom into you.
Best way to bet rid of ticks carrying Lyme Disease....is to ask the government to recall all the ones that were released...(ahem) ....swam to Old Lyme CT from Plum Island. 😂😂😂😂....😮
Hello everone! @@KOOLBadgeryou should try using TEASEL tincture. It kills the Lyme spirokeets. If you feel blah 2days after you start using it, its bc they are dying off. Dont stop using.
I’ve got a lot of peppermint growing around my garden and some in it. Spreads like crazy other stuff grows with it just fine ,the tomatoes are cucumbers doesn’t bother them. Field next to my garden has a lot of ticks, but I rarely see one in my garden.
Coloidal Silver, made at home and used immediately: 2 oz. Reversed all s-ympt-oms at 20 m-inutes. $ymptoms reversed as explosions of "all better". Took 4 minutes to complete. I had made warm distilled water, to light medium yellow. I used the same for a complete week. It reversed a heart fungus that week also.
Thanks for the video. Great information. Living in the woods of East Texas, both myself and my dog are constantly finding ticks on us. I can't walk 200 ft in the woods without finding one crawling on me. My dog, who stays outside, is always getting them in spite of treatment of flea and tick control products. And instant subscriber!👍
@@nonesuchfarm160 Thank you ma'am, I'll be shopping tomorrow, and will make a definite point to buy this key ingredient! Come to think of it, I recall a bug repellent that I had once that was laced with peppermint. It worked great, but then I couldn't find it again. Making my own insures I'll never run out.👍
I’m trying this. Found our very first tick on my husband’s ankle a short while ago after moving here almost a decade ago! Grrrrrrrr. Ticks are not a happy thing to find! This is the Pacific Northwest. At the edges of the Gifford Pinchot forest. Thanks a lot! I hope it works!
Great recipe!, and ingredients nearly everyone has on hand! You might want to try planting peppermint around your yard/garden. I absolutely hate parasites and biting insects!
Thank You NSF GAL!!! 🤗👍🙋♀️ I use Dawn and water spray to kill flies and other insects deader than a door nail in quick time! Works wonders on this Pesky Japanese Beetles out here in Iowa, ( where they were rarely seen til the past several years now!! I used to think maybe I somehow brought them here when I moved from Maine, years ago lol! Glad to find a Mainers' channel here!! Just subbed, and glanced thru some of your uploads to watch! Looks GREAT AYUH!!! Take Care!!- 🌲🌲🌲
Thanks great idea, Never knew they didn't like peppermint know i know i can get that oil as well i was looking for a way to rid mice from around my foundation and heard they don't like peppermint as well never thought of just buying it in that form i will be getting some and using it.
Probably. But I'm not sure how you'd get dogs to mix all the ingredients. They have no fingers and their paws are not like hands. It would be difficult for them, but not dangerous.
Any brand will work. I like Dawn because it breaks up oil really well and that’s the purpose of using it. To spread the essential oil throughout the water.
I asked my vet and they didn’t recommend it only because there haven’t been enough studies with animals and essential oils. I, however , do spray it on my shepard’s legs as the amount of essential oil is small compared to volume.
I called my vet and they say it’s not recommended to use essential oils on pets as they haven’t been enough studies. I do use this on my dog as it’s such a small amount since it’s diluted in water.
I called my vet and she said that it’s not recommended because there hasn’t been enough studies on essential oils and animals. I have used it on my dog’s legs and know several people who use it on their pets. The amount is so small in this. Also essential oils are not chemicals. They are the natural oils extracted from plants. The only chemical would be dawn dish soap and again it’s diluted enough that your pets should be ok.
@@nonesuchfarm160my vet is somewhat holistic and even recommended the lemongrass tick spray and clove oil for his hot spot on his tail, undiluted. She said Clove is anti microbial and healing…
I use it on my shepard. She is a long haired shepard. I only use it on her legs. I have heard however that essential oils are deadly to cats. It's always best to check with your vet though.
I just spoke with my vet. She said there aren’t enough studies out there on essential oils for pets. She said it’s really hard as essential oils can be different concentrations. I honestly feel safe using it on my dog as I just spray her legs and I’m not using just straight oil on her.
With any dish washing liquid, you spray that on your skin and use it on your dog and the dish washing liquid stays on your skin... isn't the dish washing liquid not good to leave on skin??????
@@elenadejesus7489 I use it to wash dishes, so what’s the difference. The one ingredient everyone is up in arms about is the same ingredient used in most skin care products.
Be very careful! I contracted Rocky Mountain tick fever and almost died. I got Rickettsia Rickettsii and I still have flair ups and struggle. I had to also go vegan gluten free. Be safe! Have a goodnight. Wendy❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸
I actually have it at my old house next door that my nephew still owns. I keep picking it but have been using it in my tea. Haha. I will pick some this year for tick spray next year.
Thank you for that tip. I’ve never heard of Seven Dust. Is it organic? I thought about trying food grade diatomaceous earth. My yard is so huge though. I would need A LOT.
