10:30 If you want the gussets to bare against the rotator housing you could grind them at an angle. Then, make a wedge plate that is contoured on one face to match the outer radius of the housing and the other face angled to match the angle on the gusset. After the position of the rotator housing is finalized, the wedges are tapped in place and heavy tack welded to the gussets.
