Homemade Tofu Pudding (Tofu Fa)- 簡單豆腐花製法
Makes 8 bowls
Ingredients:
6 oz. soybeans
6 cups of water
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 teaspoons of gypsum powder
Ingredients for syrup:
1 cup of water
10 oz. of sugar
Remarks:
You need about 2.5 to 3 cups of water to soak the soybeans for 5-6 hours. After the soybeans are hydrated, you can discard the water
材料:
黃豆 6 安士
清水6 杯
鷹粟粉1 湯匙 (平匙)
食用石膏粉 2 茶匙 (平匙)
糖水材料:
水 1 杯
白糖 10 安士
備註:
另外用 2.5 至 3 杯水 將黃豆浸過面,豆發大後可以將水倒掉
