Jonathan did nothing wrong. He started early because of the fire department. Susan needs to be fired for her blatant mismanagement and being on a power trip. If you're a janitor and the fire department needs access to the building, you let them in and thus your shift has started early. Why Susan-Karen doesn't get that is beyond me.

Having been a head custodian, I'd be willing to bet that that b*tch woman has had him do crap for her that has put him at least fifteen minutes late getting off work more than a few times. You might be one of those who think being a boss means you can treat people however you feel like and refuse to let them explain, but it doesn't.

I have to say the janitor was being so very respectful. Can you imagine working for that miserable lady. Who feels she is above everyone. And you know dam well, she was lying about ending that meeting on time. Also, did you notice how many times she looked at the phone camera, she knew she was being recorded. Miss Hoffman was really enjoying that. Did she really expect the guy to refuse entry to the fire department? He should have said yes, ma'am, it won't happen again, and then 'worked to rule' as they say in unions where I'm from. That is, do your job to the letter and nothing more. No flexibility, no favours, no nothing except what's in the original job description.

The way she spoke to him, like he was a 3 year old child. She’s a horrible supervisor, manager whatever. It should have been a conversation the next day as I am not sure why he was back there after he left other than she called his phone and he returned which was not necessary but, she wanted him back there for that 10min’s. She then just dismisses him, “This conversation is over!” It could simply have been “Hey Jonathan is there a reason you needed to leave early today?” Thanked him for letting the fire dept. in. Next time would you please let me or someone know before you leave early so we know what is going on?” It sounds like his job is on the line waiting for an HR decision. That type of management does not breed employees who want to work for you. I know I wouldn’t take that kind of treatment from anyone including my boss. Everyone deserves respect.

@@MaysaRetro maybe, however a restraining order isn't meant to use as a , oh I saw him in the gym, I pulled in and now he must leave. Which is what she wanted. She had pulled into that party thinking if he didn't leave she would get him arrested. I FIRMLY believe each parent deserves to have equal time with the children n too many men running away to treat one that wants to be there like this. Obviously she had no valid complaint or else the cops would have arrested the guy. This woman seems like she has a vendetta to try and make his life miserable.

Even after he moved us across the country just to hurt my mother, he still tried to fight her over the dumbest things in court all from the other side of the country. These parents are going to regret acting this way one day after it’s already too late, and their child no longer has anything to do with them.

I think that the court needs to step in and get visitation set up for this child and they need to follow it I think if either parent doesn't do what it says on the paperwork every other weekend and Wednesdays and then so much time in the summer months and then holidays they separate and do different ones then I think they could be put in jail but I definitely need to go through a court system and get it set up because I wouldn't deal with this shit everyday

How do you expect the cops to enforce a restraining order when the guy was there first? A restraining order stops YOU from contacting the person, but if the person shows up at a place you are already at, the onus is on the person to leave not you as you have NOT violated the order.

The guy wasn't there first. He showed up at her party because some big mouth probably told him where it was going to be and she has a restraining order against him. My ex always had to leave any place whether I was there first or him because I had the order against him. The judge told him if you see her coming leave. Walk the other way. She took out the restraining order on him so HE has to stay away from her. I think you have it mixed up.He knows he's not supposed to be within 50 ft of that woman. I hope they arrest him. I haven't watched it all yet because I went to the comments when the commentator that posted this video was acting like she was in the wrong.🎉

No. A restraining order that is in effect reads that the named in the order bears the burden of leaving. So even if she did show up after he did, the burden on him (named in the order) to leave the premises. The order has to have substantial evidence in order to be granted and enforced. If she got an order, a judge read evidence as to why it was needed and agreed that it should be granted. The burden is always on the named in an order of protection or restraining order. The only difference between the two are the repercussions and whether the named had charges pressed against them.

I would be thankful for someone alerting me to a busted sprinkler. Watering grass is extremely expensive in drought areas and usually the rich can waste while others are made to ration. I worked in a school for over 10 years. I remember the principal treating everyone, including the janitor, with respect. It didn't matter if you were a lunch mother, a teacher's aid, a teacher, a cafeteria worker, a janitor, etc... We all treated each other with respect. I will say that she was very respected and loved by everyone there. When I was a young girl in elementary school, she had been my teacher. When I found out that she was going to be the principal at the school I was working on, I was really happy. She was very strict and firm when she needed to be and she ran that school so much better than the one before her and the one after her. Also, I will mention that she was actually friends with the janitor. When he had some health problems, she made sure that he was allset with time off and that his job was waiting for him when he was ready to return. She was probably in her late 50s- early 60s and she drove a Harley. Also, she treated the secretarys like gold. What an amazing lady she was. The woman from this video is the opposite and she should NEVER have any position of power. She is abusive. I hope that "susan-karen" was fired, or at least made to do the janitors job for a week!! 🤣😂😅😊

I have a hard time believing the guy's story at Chukee Cheese. Why did he bring a gift for his daughter? because he knew she would be there. Why did he not once tell his ex that he and his family had already been there two hours? that story only came out when he started talking to the cops. When the cop asked if he had a receipt to prove how long he'd been there, why did he start talking fast and change the subject? because he didn't have a receipt. Why were his family and new girlfriend not acting surprised that the ex was there? Why did they all know he'd brought a gift? because they knew she'd be there with her daughter. Why did that woman look genuinely frightened?

Yeah, if you listen closely, you'll hear one of the cops tell the other cop that he verified that the father was there first and that he did not see a restraining order or a warrant in the system.

I used to be a court-appointed special advocate (act as the voice of the child in custody and CPS cases). It's staggering how many women get a restraining order based on false pretenses, so the dad can't see their kids. Using their kids as a weapon to hurt the other party.

Clip 1: I would have responded with a stream of profanity-laden speculation about the degree of consanguinity of the past several generations of her forebears. Clip 3: If she really does have a restraining order, then she’s not overreacting. I’m inclined to believe her, because they are following her and haranguing her while she’s trying to leave. Plus it’s really obnoxious to crash a party, particularly a kid’s party. Lastly, he and his pals are all telling different stories, so they’re obviously lying. If they did get there first, they planned it that way, in order to lie in wait for her and the child. Who the heck stays at a Chuck E. Cheese for 4 hours? Cops are notorious for failing to enforce restraining orders. Clip 5: OMG, that woman is a total harpy on a power trip. The man is being punished for being courteous and helpful. I hope she trips over something and faceplants hard. Clip 6: Ugh. Loud, ugly old man on a rant. You can tell he’s used to running roughshod over people. He’s crazy. He needs to be taught some manners in jail. Clip 7: Damn, she’s insane. It isn’t trespassing to access utility easements, and these guys were so polite despite her abuse.

Canadian law I worked in a jail 20 yrs. I had an indefinite restraining order against someone. In my opinion, if I showed up somewhere and he was there, I would leave. If I was somewhere and ge showed up, he SHOULD leave. Granted, I would never act like THAT. Unfortunately, I absolutely couldn't give him an inch. I couldn't even sit waaaaaay in the background while other adults supervised because the next day he would have me back in court, using it to change the order. He was a terrible person so I needed this order to be strict. I didn't go out of my way to antagonize him. Our children didn't need that and neither did I.

The neighbor telling the other folks about the leak was very nice at the beginning - I was surprised, her photo looked pretty wild. She didn’t get nasty with them, but they laughed at her. I would have thanked her for the info and gotten it fixed.
