After offering to pressure wash this ladies walkway and driveway for free, she told me that she's seen videos of people doing that. Well, she was STUNNED to see it actually happen in person.
I made all of her surfaces look brand new and blasted all the dirt and grime off of her mailbox. Her reaction was awesome and I'm glad I was able to do this work!

It never ceases to amaze me how much of a transformation you do. It seems like it's fine but it is definitely a night and day difference once you have done your magic! WOW! Just WOW! And dogs for me by the way. I like cats too, any animal but I love dogs!

Cats. You have to earn their love and once you do, most are like dogs anyway. I have a huge black cat named Astriaal that follows me everywhere, loves being held and loves to play and cuddle. Catdog. Great video, as always.

The appreciation of something comes in the long run, she will for a year now have a great frontyard and sidewalk, and think about this gentlemen and his kind gesture. Also it will be a great topic to tell her friends. -- What you see, isn't the whole picture. remember that. :)

After the surfaces are clean, how long do they stay that way? Have you ever ran into a beehive/wasp nest or other undesirable wildlife while cleaning? And definitely cats. Definitely. 😅 Secondth!

It really depends on the climate where you live. In hot and humid climates it’s much worse as the algae grows faster. I live in the South and I have my White House and my driveway pressure washed annually so it never has a chance to look bad.

Well, I have seen that if you pre-treat concrete with a bleaching agent before you do the pressure washing, it will kill the algae before hand, and prevent the spores from being blown deeper into the pores in the concrete. Therefore allowing the concrete to stay cleaner longer.

You speak clearly, you explain very well what you are doing, and the quality of your finished work is the best of all the channels I watch. Your before and after footage is stellar.
