I feel you on this so much and I am sorry you have to feel this. I lost my mom july 20, 2020 to pancreatic cancer. She has always been my everything and it's been so hard. I homeschooled when I could the 4 months of school before she passed then I gave myself a month to get back to things best I could. It's still tough but gotta keep moving forward. Thank you for this video. I feel like I'm constantly in trials too!
Hi Vani, I was watching one of your old homeschooling videos and I think at one point your were homeschooling someone else child. How would I go about that process if I wanted someone to homeschool my child? Do I still need to file for a home-base private school affidavit even thought they will be schooling elsewhere ?
My evaluator said I didn’t need to do anything. Do you have a good relationship with your homeschool evaluator? The parent and I just had an agreement that I would be homeschooling. For the evaluation I made the child a portfolio that the mother was able to show the evaluator and the evaluator was aware of our situation. So basically I would speak to your evaluator. For us it was only for a year.
