Heritage Letters would be a great addition to our very American History focused school year, from grade 4-12, we're doing lots of U.S. history and government.
My dining table is our loved, everything table. All the marks and scuffs remind me of littles and their friends enjoying activities. One day we may refinish it.
I am currently only researching homeschooling for my son (1 1/2) but I love watching your videos. Patiently waiting until I get the opportunity to start my homeschooling journey and slowly building up my collection of resources.
I am currently trying to decide if I can remodel our entry way room to be our school space with the intention of it remaining somewhat “classy.” I love the idea of the American Heritage letters to teach about influential people in our homeschool!! 💗
Back to school season if my FAVORITE!! Definitely looking in to the heritage letters too. I’ve been curious about the different “letter subscriptions” and this one sounds amazing!
I love the nature center with all the treasures that the kids have found and projects that they have made! That is one of my favorite parts of our homeschool room because it reminds me of all the memories that have been made while collecting them! I also really need to make a fun treasure box this school year too because that will help so much with the motivation we need on rough days and to help make it fun! Thank you for the giveaway! That looks like such a fun additional to our homeschool!
Thank you for showing your beautiful homeschooling room. I love that you keep it real! Enjoy all your videos and I have gained so many wonderful ideas from your channel! Heritage letter is wonderful. We are not subscribed right now due to cutting back on a few extras, but they are on my list to come back to soon!!
I love this time of year!!! Back To School 📚✏️ I seen some of the other mamas mentioned a watercolor video, yes please!!! You really have a lovely homeschool room. I love the display for all your shells, rocks and things found in nature.
I absolutely love your homeschool room! I am really loving those house display cases and I think might get one for my boys. They have so many things to display. But seriously love your homeschool room. It is so inviting.
The map idea is brilliant! Thanks! I have my maps rolled up and stored since 2019 because the littles would try to rip it off the wall. I never thought of the cardboard idea.
I love the posters and printing press drawer for shells! How fun! We use some old wooden boxes from melissa and doug toys for a similar purpose in our nature center. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Again for the video I cannot believd it id thst tume of year already but on another note I will have 2 look into that Heritage Letter sounds interesting!
What a beautiful set up and I love how it is in use! i also love how you displayed your nature finds. thank you so much for the great ideas. Happy School Year!
Your homeschooling space looks so cozy & I’m happy to see that I’m not the only one who has to double up books on the bookshelves. 😉 Heritage Letters would be a great addition to our history this year, since we’re starting a new curriculum. Thanks for sharing!
Love your videos and all the good ideas! I’ve seen your videos on the letter subscriptions and would love to incorporate that in our homeschool! Maybe next year when I haven’t already spent our budget!
Absolutely love your homeschool!! Where do you get the nature prints on the wall?? I can’t believe you started your year already!! I’m still in prep mode!! All the best you and yours on another year of homeschooling!!💕💕💕
I am so excited to watch your series! We have a new baby too. I bought so many things from a bunch of your videos in the spring and started our new year at the beginning of June. It has been THE BEST start of school that we've ever had in 8 years of homeschooling! I keep telling everyone that it's because I simplified so much after watching your videos (and bought some real gems that you mentioned too! ie. SCM math, Melisa and Doug pattern beads, sorting pie, sing a song of seasons and the American patriot almanac to name just a few!) I wish we were local to each other because I would love to have a cup of tea with you!
Your homeschool room is lovely and thoughtful, a great space. Thanks for the Heritage Letter idea, we will definitely be trying this in our homeschool !
Thanks for sharing!!! Love your homeschool room so functional and fun to look at. This is my second year of homeschool and now that I have more things I need to get my self a bit more organize thank you for your tips of storage. Heritage Letters look so fun would be an awesome addition to our homeschool journey. Good luck to everyone who participated. Best wishes to all.
I love the books being organized by themes! Those canvas posters are beautiful too. Thanks for idea of having the map on a trifold post for storage as I would not have thought of that myself.
Wow! Heritage Letters sound amazing! I had not heard of them before. Your learning space is lovely! I’m inspired to get this new school year started after watching this❤️
I love seeing your school room! I forgot how much I loved do-a-dots, it's silly but they really were so fun. We used them to learn multiplication too, which was fun. Thanks so much for sharing our Heritage Letters with the world!
I am so inspired by your homeschool room! We are about to start our school year in two weeks, so now I'm motivated to get our homeschool room in order. Thanks Abby!
Back to school season is my favorite! Thank you for sharing your homeschool room and resources… it’s fun to see how everyone stores and organizes things!
Thanks so much for sharing your well-used homeschool room- the best kind ☺ I just went through decluttering our shelves so we can be ready for the year! I love the small touches that make the room beautiful- like those posters!
Could you use the Heritage letters as a spine for history? We aren’t following a specific stream this year, just doing unit studies and these may fit the bill :) Wonderful tour, as always :)
Hannah, our letters are definitely great for unit studies. You could also look through our individual letters from past months to see if they would fit your unit study plans better. We also have some letters that pair well together and could make for fun unit studies. You'd still need some biographies and other books to round things out, but I think our letters could give you a great start. Feel free to contact me if I can help you in any way. -Julie
I adore how peaceful your space is. Thank you for talking about the American letters, I had forgotten all about them. Have you tried the geography kiwi crate? It is my absolute favorite one so far.
