Really enjoyed your friendly and practical approach! Thanks for sharing how you structure 6th grade with the balance of freedom and structure, and for all the great recommendations.
I love how you make scripture study a part of your children's life. It is so important to pour the Word of God into their lives, it's just lovely to see and hear about this in your family's journey with educating your kiddos! God Bless you!
Great video. I really like the organization of everything and you mentioned a few interesting online resources I’d never heard of. Thank you for sharing. Also I didn’t see History in the line up, is that something you do at a separate time as a family?
So glad it was helpful! Good catch. So far, we've done history via book studies (Bud, Not Buddy, The War That Saved My Life, etc), but we'll be starting History for the Ages next year. www.youtube.com/@HistoryfortheAges
Hey! Start with "I'm an educator" then the place where it asks you to list your school, I just named our homeschool. Your choice as to what you call yours, but that's the basis for it. I chose "private" for the type of school and it worked. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
@melissaisteaching thank you. I did try that, but then it asked for an email, and if you use a gmail or outlook account, it does not allow you to register.
Click Epic School, and go to add your school. Be sure you choose that it's a private school (as that's true!) and name your homeschool. You should be able to proceed like that.
