I'm closing on a fourplex that is my primary residence in NV. I occupy one of the units. Do you have any thoughts on homestead vs LLC for an owner-occupied fourplex? I'm thinking to use the homestead for my fourplex and then create an LLC using the examples in your other videos for my pure rental properties.
IDAHO Corp owner and Senator can't write a friggin Exemtption for himself to be included on the homestead exemption. Then kicking the people who need it off.. rude.. what is WRONG WITH these people.. they are in Idaho all Senator have LLC themselves even if they don't have a business at all.. it was to grab the money from the Trump tax bill.. not OKAY.. they ended all of the people who are vets elderly people with dieases..
