A channel from Alabama put up a shade cloth over the area where his pigs have a wallow. They lay in that wallow most of the heat of the day in shade. So nice.

Yogurt acts exactly opposite to cream. The more you move it the more liquid it gets. Best to whip the cream and fruit and then very carefully mix it in with the yogurt.

Nice cold room. I got the impression that it is also for fresh meat preparation seeing the tools. Great video, keep them coming.

Ange, Amazon has great mixing bowls with a spout on one side. So much easier to pour your gooseberry fool into glassware!

Weird that some states on the east coast don't let you grow them, but Nevada has no restrictions! Might try next year! Currently 102 day time temps here, July 5, with a heat wave predicted for next few weeks, so growing something new is not an option! Your recipe looks fantastic Andrea!
