Off the beaten path stands a charming 1870’s farmhouse that I am so excited to call my home! As I drive through the winding driveway, passing mature trees, I can already envision my chickens and farm animals roaming the front yard. This is a rare gem and will be a slice of rural paradise that will be all mine! When I approached the front porch, I imagine myself sipping my morning coffee, swaying in my rocking chair. This is a peaceful spot that I can't wait to enjoy each morning. Stepping inside, I am first greeted by the stunning wood floors, classic molding and beautifully maintained interior adorned with some of the original features from the 1870s. The floorplan is open, making the family room and dining room spacious. I plan to host holidays and get togethers often so this space will be perfect to do just that! Around the corner is the kitchen. In my family, the kitchen is the heart of the home…we love to cook and this space has everything I will need to whip up a delicious meal! As well as, parks, hiking trails, golf courses and shopping are all close by. I can’t wait to call this lovely farmhouse my home!
