It's really, really sad when you think about that the only characters who can truly die are the carapacians...and that PM and WV are the only ones from B2 left alive...
+Insectoid Inheritor What about the guardians? (and the handmaid I guess.. though she lived a very long pitiful life) can't they die? I'm not sure about the guardians and that also makes me wonder about the rest of the citizens of Earth, Alternia and Beforus who died. (and the rest of the carapacians probably died for good too)
*spoilers* It's funny, It really didn't faze me when trolls started dropping left and right like flies but when Hussie let Jack kill off the White Queen and her King, I was pissed. I couldn't read the comic for a couple of days. I'm glad to see she pwned the shit out of Jack in the Alpha session.
i liked alchemizing a lot but even though i love problem sleuth... the whole 'screw around until you do plot' type thing gets lame, i think i like the minimal amount of silly commands homestuck had.
Okay, not homestuck related, but this feels sort of.. Angsty? It gives off a sort of dissociation and creepiness to it, sort of like a ghost trying desperately to communicate with people they used to know.
@Laura Álvarez del Río we havent seen any so unfortunately it seems unlikely they are game constructs so I think they are treated like underlings but friendly
the exiles are getting too less attention, they did far more than the troll´s ancestors and dancestors. and yet there is more fanart about these actually pretty unknown trolls, although they are BACKGROUND CHARACTERS, while you could count the exiles almost to the main ones, atleast the mayor.
If they're game constructs or not, they still had feelings? I mean, we followed them and their thoughts a long time, didn't that prove it? And I still think Peregrine, Jack, Wayward and Spades are big parts of the story, but that's just what I think.
You forget. Death is very real. Players have the Dream Bubbles, where they can live with their friends forever. But they can die again, and then they die for good. And Death lets them wait around for their friends to double die, or they can carry on. Past the end, to see what waits behind.

{Spoilers}I kind of felt the same, even though I really liked most of the trolls who ended up dying. I think it was more because of how it was treated in comic though. The trolls' deaths were kind of just ignored, you never really saw anyone mourning, or if you did it was treated as a joke. On the other hand the King and Queen only got a few moments of screen time together, but that time was used to effectively establish that they really did care about each other.
@cthulhlu Now, did he? After seeing Jade, the one entity he at least cared for (Even if due to Bec's influence), being always alone and hated, disregarrded... Perhaps that was just the thing. Being a god, needing to destroy everything to feel he could actually do something. Perhaps just no one thought of Jack Noir first. Perhaps he didn't think of anyone else as well. We shall never know.
That is only a concept that has been presented in Problem Sleuth. It is not present in Homestuck. Lord English double-killed tons of doomed timeline ghosts that were confirmed to be gone forever. That being said, Roxy is a wild card here. She could bring them back by stealing their nonexistence away if she wished to do so.
@Eagle0600 The sad thing is, we don't know what happens to the Carapaces when they die. Player characters? Yeah, they're in dream bubbles. But constructs of the game? We don't know. So, for all we know, they just... Cease to exist when dead. Which would be sad as hell, sure, but Hussie hasn't pulled punches on matters of death before.
I thinK that VrisKa and Meenah mentioned CarapaCians being in the dream bubbles... Not sure though Also they probably hadn't yet when you Commented this, so w/e
Why doesn't any body draw/talk much about WQ and the White King? They're an awesome pair, I just don't understand. Seeing your husband for a few moments before meeting your end is pretty sad now that you think about it. Damn Cascade.
