Oh my. That is so terribly sad. My daughter graduated high school, 2 years after his daughter was born, and I can't in my wildest dreams imagine her parents heartache. The darkness of this world saddens me so. To wait for so long for their blessing, and to have that blessing torn from your life, is a heartache no one should have to bear.😢😢😢😢
This is a cautionary tale to all the beautiful young ladies, I’m begging you Please listen to your parents they been your age, you’ve never been their age, so listen and God will bless you more than you know!! Drugs are so whack I did enough and endured all the bs that came with it, take it from me if you don’t pick it up, you don’t have to put it down. Pick your friends very carefully Any so called friend who doesn’t hold you accountable isn’t a friend! Relationships you have the rest of your life for, what’s the rush learn to love yourself and focus on being a great daughter, and student. I promise you do what’s necessary and everything else gone fall into place!
Wise words. People you do drugs with, especially older people when you are underage are not your 'friends', they won't watch out for you or make sure you are safe. Trust your parents.

I watched a story very similiar to this yesterday, only with a better outcome. The young 14 year old teenage girl, Deserae, was her name. Similiar story too. Two teenage boys arrange to meet her, with intent to kill her, shot her in the back of the head and amazingly, Deserae survived! But their reason for killing her? She was annoying one of them. Ffs, how ridiculous! The poor girl was just a kid, 14!! Never had i heard of such a ridiculous reason. Only Deserae was much stronger and tougher than those 2 boys could ever have imagined and managed to beat the odds and live! Her story is amazing! She's a wonderful young lady, 20 yrs old now, still having issues,but shes alive... Sad for JaRay and her family 😢😢😢

Parents, I empathize with you. I hear the pain and grief in your voices. I truly believe you did the best you could do as parents. No need to agonize over this because it's too much to bear. Release all the anger, guilt, disappointment and pain. You can live in peace and all that love, support and wisdom can benefit other youth. I 🙏 that you will use your experiences to help others❤!
After being grounded for a month she definitely wasn't going to church. Heart breaks for the father he still saw his daughter as his little girl but she was 16 getting into teenager mischief like most do at that age.

I'm so happy that all my kids are grown and wasn't born in 90's on up cause this day in age is corrupt with senseless kids and adults, and it's so sad. We are living in such dark times full of dark people. 😞

I wonder the same. But I have a feeling the small box on top is maybe her cremated remains. The father said one day we'll all be together, meaning all cremated and buried together? I don't know trying to figure that out, too.

Parents please see and know who your kids friends are. Talk to them, educate them about drugs or even not to ever take any drinks or food from so called friends because you never know. You have to become their friend but also a parent with authority and wisdom.
Did her father not bring up the dating of the 21-yr-old man, immediately? Like, she was grounded, for an entire month, for that very reason… then they let her go to ‘church’ with her girlfriend, which was an excuse to likely see the guy, I assume… I just wonder if the 21 yo is actually the 37 yo old, and JaRay was trying to ‘soften the blow’, so to speak? Or was he not ever looked-into…
I hate when they interview people who have got nothing to do with the case and no relation to the victim or their families. It’s like: who are you and why should I care what you have to say? One of many reasons that I don’t watch made-for-tv documentaries.
Life WITH parole is not justice… the other guy, Caleb, got 25 years but he’s already out and the informant got 7 years parole… that is absolutely not justice for the senseless ending of someone’s life.
My son had synthetic choof,he didn't know it was synthetic,his friend chucked it in the bowl and said nothing till afterwards,my son collapsed and had to go to hospital.

Horrible. Honestly, it seems the murderer had murderous intentions: he took the gun with him before she was in the car “talking” too much. As hard as this may sound, I am honestly glad she is not being held and forced into horrific sexual assaults.
Very sad they were waiting so many years to have a child and then some idiots killed her. So senseless to lose a child like this. The internet should be restricted because it puts a lot of sick ideas in people's minds. Its proven there is less violence at school when the cell phones are prohibited there.
You watch these shows and they confirm don’t have children … you can’t compete with the madness you gotta deal with when parenting Save your sanity…. don’t have children…. no one can truly afford them when it’s all said and done
What use is a prayer list?? None. Absolutely none. If it could do anything, it would have, with all these disappearances or senseless murders. Church is 9 times out of 10, mentioned in these cases and it NEVER does any good. I hope the poor parents have something more than church to help them through their grief as they are going to need something stronger than a crutch.
Parents are happy when their kids get older rhan 10 they can leave them alone and feel they will be fine. That is when you should be home for your kids after school --- there is too many temptations out there -- gave up my career to work crazy hours and be with our son for most of his life. Yeah its hard but would do it again. No pension or savings though
