The commander of the Kuun-lan has the biggest balls of any lead sci-fi protagonist. Turned a humble mining crew into a war fleet and got everyone along the way to cooperate with him. Epic story!
In the mission when you do fail siege cannon shoot on the beast mothership i didnt flee from Beast, i waited for them to come because i wanted to be subverted :D Unfortunately, Beast mothership could not subvert kuun-lan( It only approached kuun-lan at point blank at started firing infection beam repedeately (altrough it does v.much damage). P.s. Of course i did this after i finished game several times.....when i played first time i was running the hell outta there screaming like a bitch :P
'23:29' I've just realized, after all this time, for like what... 20-years since release ?! This 'Cataclysm' (now 'Emergence') is actually a story about Somtaaw under 'Kiith-Sa', the same Kiith clan that led the Gaalsiens, back in 'Desert of Kharak', against the northern S'jet - hence why Somtaaw often threw the word 'Martyrs of Kharak'...
It been a month but i will respond to your question: "Kiith-Sa" is the leader of a Kiith/clan, every Kiith have one but their rôle and the way they are chosen can vary depending of the Kiith in question, Kiith Somtaaw have nothing to do with Kiith Galsien (although they were also a religion clan at one point)
Sadly, no -- both Nick and Codsworth are voiced by Stephen Russell, and Russell's name isn't in the credits for Cataclysm. I agree though; they do sound similar here.
Yes, Caal shto was subverted by Beast shortly after their departure for help. Beast also got Kuunlan coordinates from them! Thats how they tracked Kuunlan after
The way I think of it is as the Beast grows smarter it recognizes the importance of individuals and traps. There's a good chance that the Captain/comm officer of the Caal-Shto was left mostly intact when subverted for the purpose of mimicking a functioning Kushan pilot. They wouldn't need to subvert his whole body - they can leave the parts that can speak.
@@kerianhalcyon2769from the video after 4th mission, I understand that the Beast use bodies as neural network to control ships. When we capturing infected Klee-San, fleet command said to board team, that the biomass they see is their kiith brothers and sisters All that I understood as the Beast modify and change bodies to it-s own purpose, but this biomass is still people that the Beast just changed. That means that the Beast can use their skills. Cause the all part of the Beast are connected, more people would be converter - The beast would be smarter. So woth Caal-Shto the Beast became smart enough to use speech of it's captain.
