There is a fine line when is comes to the attraction to someone of the same sex. Heterosexual or homosexual, the moment our thoughts shift to visualizing and lusting, we are falling into the trap. It doesn’t take much from there to fall deeper into things and commit an act that is sinful. Just as alcoholics and people with felonies should not be shunned, I don’t believe it is right to shun those with same-sex attraction either. We are to love our brothers and sisters. However, we are also here to help those struggling. Helping can easily turn into enabling the particular sinful lifestyle. Again another fine line we encounter so much in life today.
See I can’t say, and neither can anyone except God, because we don’t know, nor can we expect or hope to know God’s judgment. We can only pray for God’s kindness and mercy to reign supreme, in the same way we do for all of us
Rise up Jerusalem Okay! I like that answer. One thing I love about the Catholic Church. They are actually a few gay people at my catholic church with husbands and boyfriends. I’m a live and alley live type of person. I also wrote a book where a character was gay and he became catholic. Thank you!
@@joy__division_is_cool6159 Connor is right but, going by what we know through Church teaching they are in serious danger of going to Hell so it is crucially important to pray for them and be an example of the true Gospel to them.
