hi my city is idsi engine, choking when accelerating on road, it doesn't choke when on idle. is it due to coils? will front ones be also be worn out or only the back?
Good morning sir, please I have a Honda 2006 model the fuel consumption is high. I open the engine and discovered the front coil and plugs are not connected but the car is moving. Please what should I do?
Honda IDSI have 8 spark plugs four at front and four at rear.Connect the front ones i.e. their cable grips.The ecomony will improve if all spark plugs are connected.Further do spark plugs cleaning and throttle body cleaning.
Very nice video. I have a 2007 Honda City Steermatic which has 4 ignition coils/spark plugs. I recently got 1 coil replaced with qabli because the car had severe jerking issue. After a few days the car is starting to have the same issue especially at traffic lights in idle. What could be the issue?
Since qabli are also used ones ,therefore it may contain misfire problem.Check the ignition coil for white spots as depicted in the video.The white spots is symptom of misfire.Wrap the ignition coil with the pvc insulation tape to eliminate the misfire.
@@250nashtech brother there are 2 types of these coils. One is long one (like yours) and one is short which is in my car. Does it make difference which one is fitted?
I have honda fit aria 2006 car. there is jerking issue when pickup in traffic lights and uphill roads? is that a ignition coil issue or something else?
Up to 3rd gear pick of city is bit sluggish with ac.If the RPM is fluctuating clean IACV attached with throttle body.Also Check the cleanliness of spark plugs,throttle body.Check fuel pressure,May be clutch is worn out.
Hi i have hondacity zx AT wherever I try to accelerate more there was sudden jerk. Since it automatic i can't judge. Also whenever i change gear from N to D engine shakes little bit and vibrates
rear ones are different from front ones,See www.lingshondaparts.com/partscatalog/catalog/listing/catalog/hondacars/modelid/7437/block/19SELKD1/blockref/E__0500/ for part numbers.Mostly rear ones have misfire problem as the neck of the nozzle become brittle due to heat of exhaust manifold.
@@250nashtech thanks, I took out my rear coils and indeed they were not good, green corrosion and brittle plastic that's breaking, ordered a set of four new coils. Hopefully it fixes problem.

@@zaifkhann yes especially back walay. Don't use qabli ignition coils.Main nay tamam ignition coils qabli say replace kiyay jerking ka masla kum howa khatam nahi howa.Aik dost nay all new Chinese coils lagayay uski garhi ki jerking ka masla solve hogaya
Yeh brittle hojatay hain or mamooli zoor say neck say tooth jatay hain.misfire roknay kay leay is ki nozzle par pvc insulation tape lapait saktay hain lekin yeh jugar hay permanent solution nahi.
