HI DIY I am commenting this on a few video in hopes that you see but I was able to successfully replace the fender on my 2017 Honda civic because of the 6 or so step by step videos you did on it. Not only did you save me a ton of money, it was a great bonding experience for me and my dad to work on my car and have it turn out perfectly. Never worked on a car a DAY in my life but with you video i was able to!
Thanks for the video! I was able to change out my bulb which was not lighting up but sounded like it was blinking 2x as fast. Don't be afraid to really pull on that fender cover. I turned my wheels before starting as someone else pointed out. It also helps to look at the blinker from the outside as you are pulling, pushing, twisting the bulb in and out of place similar to what DIYer did.
This took me 15 mins to change both front turn signal bulbs thanks to your video. Thank you so much! Repair shop would’ve charged me about $70-90 each side.

This was a helpful tip in addition to the video. Turning the wheel left (or right for driver side) does help give you a lot more room to put your arm up in that wheel well.
This video is very thorough. Thank you for posting! I will change my bulb tomorrow with some confidence. LoL It made me wonder if a person can reach the main headlamp this way, because those are a pain to change!!
Is this a hybrid? I have an lx, and my blinkers connectors are more flat. The led bulbs I purchased have circular connectors like yours though and don’t fit.
Hello, i got a Honda civic coupe 2008 and my front left turn singal bulb is brighting way more than the one on the right, and when i turn the left signal it blinks very fast, the back blinker is working fine also.. any advice? thanks !
I have the exact same problem, and the solution is just replacing the bulb. Now the bulb is a double filament, one filament is always on when your headlights are on, and the other is for the blinker, which is a way brighter filament then the "always on" filament. Your blinker filament is most likely busted if it signals way faster and isn't as bright as the other side. Hope this helps you, I'm about to replace my bulb as well.
@@TGerhardt thanks for the response! But already replaced the bulb 2 times! The first one was burned out, replaced it, still acts the same, replaced it for other one and it acts the same.. I’m lost lol, maybe it’s The back bulb making the fault? But the back left bulb works
@@DIYHonda there were a bunch of light bulbs in there that fell off and I couldn't fit another one, but I already fixed it 😅 I'm going change everything anyway Thank you btw
