I absolutely love the look of these!! The price of these makes them unattainable. Honestly a little wild imo with a product that’s predominantly 3D printed… heard a lot about people cracking them during install. At 700$ I would expect more I guess. I ended up with the cyclops LED upgrade and a windscreen .

Easy to adjust by loosening the attachment points on the lights themselves but I didn't need to do any of that so far. The lights seem to be pointed pretty much where I want them straight from the box. I have a good comparison to stock vs this setup coming in the last part 3 next friday 😊
That looks fantastic, so much better than the original. Will definitely be upgrading my bike with this tower. On their website they say if you have ABS you have to move the switch. Looks like you have ABS, did you have to adjust it at all? Greetings from South Africa.
Very nice! I've had that watch too at some point. I was quite a 'watch nut' before I got seriously sick couple of years ago. I sold all my watches to fund the situation and recovery time. Very short story of a very complex situation 😪 I had a lot of Seikos and Omegas. Two of my favorite brands. I fell in love with this panda dial Seiko just this spring even though I havent really been following the scene at all in the past couple of years. I had to buy it and it has been great! No charging it daily like my apple watch that I monitored my heath with couple of years 😄 Fun to see someone notice the watch. You are the first and only I think 😁

@@PatchedBandit yes! They were impossible to find down here in New Zealand too, and even if you could find the K version they were absurdly overpriced. I got mine from Asia too, Jomashop maybe? It's been a while. The reason I found this video is I'm researching for my very first bike. Have narrowed it down to the new Himalayan 450, the Triumph Scrambler 400 X and either the CRX300L or the CRX Rally. If I go with the 300L I'll want to add a tower like this. I realised recently that I've been around the world twice but haven't really explored my own country, what better way to do that than on a motorcycle?
You are on a right track! Bike is the absolute best way to SMELL the country 😅 Picking a bike is very personal and depends on how and where you like to ride. All good options but very different. I suggest to test ride as many as you possibly can to get a better feeling on the options. CRF is definitely a great option but for more agressive rides it does require some changes to the suspension. That bein said it's not like the Scramblers/cafe racers have a great offroad suspension either 😊
I’ve not noticed anything while riding so far. But I’m riding studded winter tires in the snowy forest so can’t do any comprehensive highway tests before the weather improves.
There is a usb socket on the side of the tower and it's already wired. Nothing else needs doing but to plug the light socket to the tower. I'm pretty sure there is no voltmeter with this tower but it would be easy to install one.
@@PatchedBandit I had to remove the light many times. Had several USB socket failed, cheap and expensive ones. Solution is to use external USB adapter which I remove after a ride. It works for more than a year now without issues. Only thing that stays on bike is waterproof 12v car socket.
It makes me laugh that Honda can’t produce a Tower for the bike and release the Bike how people want it. Or at least make it an option. The 300 Rally looks utterly ridiculous. 😂 If it wasn’t ridiculous why then isn’t it on their Dakar Bikes? 😮 Fix it, Honda, and you might actually sell more motorbikes. People aren’t stupid. They like what they like. And your bike…not so much.
For more demanding enduro this bike rquires a LOT of mods. Cost on mine is probably not ”smart” 😆 but its fun with the suspension, powertunes etc. Would I do it all again? Maybe not but it has been fun to do 1 time 😄
