I made the compression test on a Del Sol 1993 D16Z6, all cylinders are 110-115psi. Do I need to rebuild the engine?

Probably. Your compression is very low, but the variation between cylinders aren't too far apart if they're all around 110-115psi. A compression test doesn't really tell you much. You need to do a leak down test to determine where you're losing compression. I'm assuming you didn't even do a wet compression test to see if compression goes up. If your results are from a dry compression test, try to do a wet compression test to determine if it's your piston rings. It's an old engine and would probably benefit from a refresh.

What about valve stem seals?

Valve stem seals were replace a long while ago and I did it just so I can rule out valve stem seals. So its not what's causing the oil burn. Pretty sure its the piston rings.

@@BudgetGearsjust watched your latest vid and found my way back here. I’d pull the manifolds to see if any oil making it past the valve guides before re-ringing it.

Do you have to warm up the engine before leak down tester thanks

You can do either. Warming up the engine will allow the piston rings and valves to expand a bit providing a better seal, but the numbers shouldn't vary significantly cold vs hot.
