really wish they made one of these with propane-fuel capabilities like many other similar models, that way you can connect it to a larger fuel supply and also start easier in the winter
That's why I never got one and it costs roughly 300$. I considered making bypass remote relay for the power switch. However, it's just not worth having two controllers.
How long will the generators on board battery last with the generator no running but the key switch in the on position ??? Having to go to the generator to turn the key on makes this system useless.. With the smartphone app and the gen and phone paired what other functions / uses is there ??

Is this for the earlier EU7000is models? Also can it turn on/off eco throttle? Also was this just released? I think I saw a couple models but trying to find the best one. I do like that this is a Honda OEM part right?
No. Bluetooth uses RF ( radio frequency) and the oldest spec for distance is 30 feet. This doesn't account for walls or obstacles. But it will definitely work if the genie is worth reasonable distance of an ext wall
can i use this (Honda generator diesel eu7000is) for desktop computer (500W, 240V, 4A, or above) with no problem? if there's problem, what solution/s? using a AVR or something? ...

Bluetooth link to Android app doesn't work. It used to work. It's just too damn complicated anyway. It's basically junk. Just nip out and operate the generator manually - it takes a few seconds. Unlike the many wasted minutes trying to get this damn thing to work.
