Hi mate I’m afraid atm we aren’t selling the old parts off as there are considerations of doing up another one in the future. Thanks for watching the videos though!!
I just sold a 1981 model that sat for three years, did all of the necessary things to it no expense spared on her and now she’s in a good home and well cared for. And now I have a 1979 express2, having a bitch of a time finding the correct headlight assembly but no worries, I’m going over the engine by resealing it and doing all of the necessary work it needs and I’m replacing the headlight with a reproduction Honda monkey headlight assembly I’ll have to make a bracket to install it which is no big deal. Guys out there want way too much money for a used unit that need a lot of work, for that I’ll get the reproduction unit for about 70 dollars shipped and I’ll have to is paint it to match. Good luck with your project and ride safe.
great video .question i found a 1982 honda express out by the curb . took the same side off my bike .is that the way the three washer go. flat washer the the one in the middle and the other flat washer on top. what weight oil do i use.
Don’t worry about the black fluid at least you have some in it and the piston has a lot of blow by good luck with the project and my side cover for my express im thinking of shining the aluminum as well. Can’t wait to see it done.
