How to stop the dash plastics vibrating between 50-80. Remove screen. Pop open dash. Bend the small metal tab that has a foam sticker on it. Bend it towards the front of the bike by 3/5mm. That should stop the vibration.
Damn. I thought this was the answer for sure having siliconed and tightened, taped and chicken wired the front end of my Forza. I swear the vibration is so bad it feels like the bike is falling apart. I’ve stripped the front end. Removed the glass and slider mechanism. Out silicon around all plastic connection seams that snap in. The bike is now basically unrideable. Thanks for the vids. I would have never noticed that little tab. Alas…
dean,the 300 and 350 forza 2020 onwards are 100% the same scooter except the engine update.i checked mine today and you are correct the pad and the contact was not touching a small adjustment solved this.you did well to spot this as a qualified mechanic i did not.thanks
I have a very slight noise/rattle when I drop in a pothole or go over speed bump fast, but no rattle or noise at speed... I think if I hold the windshield with one hand, my noise stops...! I think it's the screen hits something... Did you say you get your rattle noise at speed like 50Mph or something like that... ?

Hay bud, if you check out my other video I do show it in a little more detail. It is called a Beeline Moto, and I have used one of there supplied mounts to attach it to the dash. I drilled and pop riveted it on, so there was no chance of loosing it.

Die gummiösen sind da, war bei Honda Motorrad die haben gesagt dass alles in Ordnung ist , soll Konstruktionsfehler von Honda sein. Wird nicht getauscht da der Mechanismus in Ordnung ist😤 7 Monate alt ddr Roller. Das ist keine Qualität, werde Honda Deutschland kontaktieren mal gucken was die Antworten Gruß
