No such thing as a dumb question brotha👊🏽 but to answer your question, no you cannot use a d series or single cam head. If you k swap your car, you’d have to utilize a k series (dohc) head (vtec or nonvtec)👍🏽

@@bwcp thank you, I've always loved honda, I've had civic crx and prelude ,but I never did the work on them, now I want to do my own work on my 7th gen civic but I kno u can mess things up way worse by jus taking the car apart

Most of those at that meet were prime examples, so I’d say north of 12-15k? It’ll vary big time and DEPENDS on multiple factors because different modifications require different parts and tons of labor in those builds. All depends too if the seller is tying to break even with their investment or make a big profit. But I assure you, it won’t be as cheap like other Hondas out there. At the end of the day with respect to resell, it's going to be worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I think personally, if you like the build, it's worth every penny. To be honest, I think it'll come out cheaper for you to purchase one that's already "done" rather than building one.
