Do you think it gets axed in America next? If the NSX goes away again, will the used car prices go up or down?

At the rate it's selling here, I'd be surprised if it lasts past 2022 unless they make a targa top, that might prolong it a little more. If they discontinue it, i think prices will hold steady for 5 or so years and then start to climb. It's a special car, and it will be appreciated more as time goes on.

It will last another 3 to 4 years if they do a major refresh. If you don't see a refresh by next year then you'll know it will be gone soon.Supercars for car manufacturers like Honda are just like a single hard punch. A lot of energy is wasted and they likely may not break even financially but its purpose is to impact public perception .

Yup the whole Halo car effect. Never was about making a bunch of money off the NSX.

Understyled, underwhelming, overpriced. The recipe for failure. It looks nothing like the old NSX. They couldn't build enough new Ford GT's because the Ford designers and engineers built a Badass machine! Honda built a car nobody asked for, a heavy, awd hybrid that looks like a 2 door TL.

i am shocked the NSX isnt selling...the badging is the reason...if it said Mclaren instead of acura it would be a different story...the NSX in nothing short of amazing and criminally underrated.

Oddly enough McLaren has responded to Acura with their hyrbid model "Artura". They got the weight down to 3,300 lbs but it only has one electric motor Vs the NSX's 3 electric motors. We all know how the English are with electronics. Hopeful they won't have nay issues like they have with all their other models.

All I hear is people complain about how it’s not as fast as other cars in the same price range. Tune it to be faster, problem solved.

McLaren is not Australian Holden (now closed) was and Australia Ford and Toyota production is also gone. GTR & Lexus Lc500 is $200,000k in Australia or less, NSX is $460,000

I’m confused on the numbers for sales, For the United States sales, when you say that 83 were sold in 2020 in the US, does that mean sales of only the new 2020 NSX models? Or all models (used included)? Meaning that only 83 car sales were made of used or new at Acura dealerships in the US. If you add up all the sales from 2016-2020 that means that only about 1000 NSX’s exist in the US?

Nsx is done, its already a collectors item. Honda failed to bring the 2021 car in Sept. You must realised that in 2017 Acura usa was offering a promotional discount of up to $50K which is reflected on the sales graph

True. There were some major discounts. The car should have MSRP'd at around $125k in the first place in my opinion. Love the car though!
