Chad BassMaster, the spacers were a must have to clear the tires. No lift yet but I bought one and haven’t installed it yet. I wouldn’t say I lost any power but definitely lost some speed at the top end.
Randy H, I’m not sure how much speed I lost. I’m sure the Speedometer is showing less but I’d say you lose a little speed on the top end if I were to guess. No feeling of power loss at this point.
@@russ9897 you gain speed at the top end with bigger tires. As in overall mph. You loose acceleration with bigger tires wheel spacers and beedlock rims heavy aggresive tires.
How much did the overall stock height increase? I have an enclosed trailer that doesn't have much room for a lift or bigger tires but would like to upgrade my tires to a little bigger size.
Tommy Humphrey, I don’t remember how much the height increased from stock. I can tell you with my spacer lift and 30’s that my pioneer can clear a five gallon bucket with the Trail Armor skid plate on.
William Lewis-Vincent they are 6+1. I was wanting 5+2 but the place I ordered them from said they 5.5+1.5. I figured that’s close enough and then they showed up 6+1. I’m running 1.5” spacers in the back and 1” in the front FYI.
@@russ9897 Thanks, I just ordered a 2021 1000-5 Base Green and about to build the heck out of it. It hasn't even arrived yet and I have a garage full of packages :) Also, I'm a member of the forum (un: Kamikaze)
@Russ989 Did you need the rear a-arms to clear out back also? I’ve got a 1000LE and want to run a 30s but don’t want to really lift it, it has the adjustable foxs so I’ve got a little bit of wiggle room. I’m already planning for the front arms and going square with 14s 5+2 on a 30x10 with a moderate tire not a crazy aggressive mud tire. Roughly what you have or a little less aggressive. I’m just wondering if these have rear clearance issues with out the rear arms. Thanks in advance!!
