This video is base on the Honda Service Manual. I was surprised there was no oil change required. I am sure most change their oil anyways. This is the DCT version so you inspect the Brake Lock(E-Brake). Manual version will just inspect the clutch lever system.

Thank you so much for this video. I purchased my rebel 1100 2023 dct. It's at 1 mile right now. I wanted to grow into it and learn to maintain. Your video helped me a lot. You should create a maintenance series of videos.

What does emptying the crankcase breather hose do? It looks simple enough that I could do it myself. Would it be beneficial if I empty the hose regularly every few weeks?

It wont benefit much from a more frequent service. You just don't want it filling up too high.
