I am enjoying all your video's and I'm sorry if I ask too many questions. But I am curious did you mount the blade facing up instead of out and was that because it would bump and scratch the tailgate if mounted perpendicular to the frame.

I believe I have the same light bar. Here’s my problems. When I apply the brakes the Amber lights up. With the headlights in auto mod the Amber blinker gives of a flash on the other side also, like a ghost light. Though when in regular headlight mod the work fine. I’ve tried a 7 pin to a 5 and 4 pin adapter. I’ve tried hard wired to the 7pin itself. Getting the same result all around. Any thoughts?

Did you test it one by one? I asked because before I connected everything, I did test again each connection unless you have a defective bar. The one on the video got broken about 3 months later, then after the replacement is working well.

@@tompatterson209 Good, also just an advice, BE STRONG with them, for my replacement they were a lit bit hard to find, best over the phone, finally, they will tell you to cut the base of your Putco light and send pictures back to them, well that's how they did it to me, it wast not easy but worthed. good luck my friend GOD bless!!!

What I did is test one by one and then I connected the wires before the complete installation, it is better to be in the safe side.

Can you post the wiring diagram? Love to know the color of the Ridgeline trailer connector wires to the Putco color wires. Thanks

My friend to be honest what I did was use a tester and check each wire from pudco and see what light what connecting it to each connector of my trailer switch, basically I did add and use the diagram from this guys: www.autozone.com/electrical-and-lighting/trailer-wire-harness-and-connector/p/hopkins-towing-solution-60in-5-wire-flat-connector-set-47895/896105_0_0 and the one from the manual from my honda truck, Putco, uses more hard wiring and they like to cut and expose wires, honestly like more plug and pluy installations.

So far I didn't see any leaks... let me check, it could be something installed wrong from the manufacturer, I did see some guys with some problems others don't.

So far I just Use the warranty due water damage inside the light, I will check and follow-up the new replacement and see how good it is for the next 2 years, we will see if this light worth the money 💰.

@@07Review is that company really backing their led strip light up?…I was about to buy and looking for videos I came across yours. your video helped me a lot but since you say yours have been damaged due to water….please let us know if we can count on that company….

@@jorgemariofuentes2448 you got it, my friend the new replacement should be here tomorrow, I will made a video and follow up and see if this light worth almost $300.00 so far replaced after 2 months of use, let's see if it was a defective and the new one can holds more than 2 years.
