yes.. its should the spec are Intake 0.15 mm (0.006 in) and Exhaust 0.33 mm (0.013 in) and if you have a clacking noise when the engine starts up and kinda get better as it warms up the cam trensor is bad.. so adjust the valves first to see if the sound goes awway
Charlett Miller check compression with a gauge,, also check valve clearance. If you pull the plug and add a tiny bit of gas in the cylinder and put plug back in it’s a fuel delivery issue.. if still,no go and has spark.. re set the valves,, still no go.. crank motor and watch valves move you could have a bad cam shaft..
