I have an 012 foreman that has an UNBELIVEABLE 9000 miles on it, pulled trailers, stuck trucks been bogged the heck out of, moved trees but still runs better than my friends 17 450 outlander.
Great video! I currently own a 2022 Honda Rubicon and 2023 Suzuki KingQuad. Previously owned a 2016 Rubicon and 2013 Foreman. I have ridden many other makes and models for the past 40 years. Nothing like a Rubicon… but I do love my new KingQuad 750 (more time will tell). I think I’ll always own a Honda Rubicon.
Honda are reliable because they don’t have enough power to break just like a 7.3 ps. Hondas are great but their a little to proud when it’s come to price to value of what you get. I got tired of buying a Honda then having to put bigger tires and headlights and all the other crap because they never come with the good stuff. They all have repair shops just like trucks.
I rock Yamaha mainly because the availability in Alaska. Also, Yamaha has a great value at their price range, especially if you don’t need the extra bells and whistles. I’d like to get a Honda when I get back down to the lower 48
How do you still compare this to the grizzly? Which quad would you still consider for long term? I’m stuck between the two. What do you recommend and why? I ride similar terrain as you
It’s hard to say. It comes down to two things. Do you want a little extra power and top speed. Or do you want something that will last forever and won’t make you mad every other day because bolts are falling out of it. The grizzly is not built as good. The Honda top speed is around 48-50 and the grizzly is 62 mph. If you don’t need to go over 45 than I would get the Honda everyday of the week.
Floorboards on the grizzly are terrible, fender coverage is terrible, seat doesn’t have a latch. Just sits there in some rubber. CVT trans makes noise. However there are a few things I like better. Better power steering, more power, nice easy to read gauge cluster.
Well Honda came out this week with a NEW 700 Rubicon basically it’s a rebadged Rincon it doesn’t even have power steering I think I’ll take a hard pass.
@@JacobOverman I highly doubt that. I would worry the DCT will fail more than I would worry snow will accumulate in the shifter area (the latter can be easily fixed anyway)
They're all good except for Polaris. Polaris quality has gone downhill. I've owned over 20 different 4 wheelers And I've never seen a manufacturer become so cheap with their parts as Polaris.
Why? Everyone says this, and I do agree Honda could have done better, but I don’t understand what the big deal is? Most people are upset about the three speed transmission….. but it’s rumoured to have almost 3x the power… so I don’t think you’ll miss the gears tbh
@@benlouwagie4567totally let down… why? Because it is not any different than the rincon we have had for 20 years. They ruined the rubicon name and look by putting it on such a turd. Don’t know where you get 3x the power from. It’s the same everything we have had for years. The really big let down is that they couldn’t even add the basics like power steering and diff lock. Let alone all the other wishes that were thrown away.
