After watching the footage, I can attest that your homie did some thorough and good work. Prep looked good, masking good. Anything and everything I would expect to see on a paint job of that level. Doing the best work, no excuses. Guy deserves some bread for that one.
The tail lights can be wet sanded with 600 grit and clear coated…. There’s a way you can tint them with mixing black in clear spray until you’re happy with the dark tint then put two coats of regular clear to finish it. Some people will say you need adhesion promoter, but clear will adhere to polycarbonate just fine. I’m talking about real clear coat like you used On the car, not the $hit from Walmart. Some body shop suppliers sell real auto clear coat in spray cans for $20-30 a can. I’d take out the fronts and do them as well. Then you’ll never have to worry about them fading.

Also I would use the stock headlights. My eBay ones like only lasted a year til they started to fall apart. You can sand down the oem ones and clear coat them and they are way better.
@@HunterTuned Not much to thin down some single stage white and just mist the jams in with a small mini gun and some good masking, not a big deal. SOOOOOOOO much more fucking around when you want the jams done, as I'm sure you know.
@@HunterTuned Your S2000 door jams are a PERFECT use for plastidip or a cheap spray paint, or of the other cheap products. It'll never see the sun and break down.
@@dropinbiking92 yea we plan to mask the vin and other door stickers and just scuff and spray them but the silver jams don’t look bad at all kinda blends lol
