Great shadow !!! Did you have to reject after putting on the tips? I’m look todo the same to my shadow, keeping the stock air intake and just putting tips on
Did you build the rear end or buy a kit? If so what kit? My 86 Honda shadow has suspension and I’m trying to figure out how to do something like this with my bike.

Where did you get your seat from and where did you get those battery box side covers. The seat looks way more comfy than mine, and I have the stick covers on still which are ugly
From a glance can't tell material due to coating/paint on it but it's definitely either thin sheet steel or aluminium. I can see the fold/bend marks, probably through a folding machine like a manual press brake or a bigger machine press brake. Folds look very crisp and neat so a folding machine of some variety.
