I have a similar build, start with a 150 main jet, and work your way up or down from there, needle will have to be adjusted every time you change your main jet. For Idle Jet throw in a 48 or 50. Obviously you will have to adjust depending on what elevation you are at, but that should at least get your shadow to run to figure out your jetting.
