Hey Max, some forums replied to my post and the F6B has a rear speaker connection under seat on the right side. It looks like an O2 connection and wired top/bottom left speaker +/- then right when looking into the socket.
@@Traxxion absolutely - waiting for O2 connector to arrive to connect my rear line INs. Thanks Max for all you do man - appreciate your work and detailed efforts A+.
Honda has a detailed manual for free. Find the item on Hondaline Accessories.com and then find the instructions there. I would recommend the J&S Rokker amp and speakers, it's like 10X better than the Hondaline.
Good morning Max, I am looking to just speaker upgrade the front/rear on my 2020 DCT Tour from Showcrome. Even slightly better sound is better then OEM. The rear is easy to replace. The front, do I have to take the shroud fully off to reach that lower bolt tab on the speaker grille? Is it possible just to lift the front of the shroud just to reach those tabs?
Well certainly I don't need that much volume or that much radio I don't even like listening to the engine noise on this. I miss the old quiet gold wings. Although I did take my Valkyrie out the other day which is pretty high performance. Forgot how much faster it was than the gold wing. They really detuned that 2018
I don't think you would gain much if anything. I think Honda only sells the speakers with the complete kit. Another trick to trying to find anything aftermarket is that the speakers not only need to be weatherproof, they also need to be 3-Ohm resistance, and most speakers on Earth are 4 or 8ohm I believe. So they double trick you into buying theirs.
