What did he say? Hondo is the only one laying out a scenario. All the other said was he won’t be wrong, and he can’t look weak. That is not an admission of anything. If Hondo books him on that then he will be back out on the streets soon enough and not whatever dialogue they had will be completely over.

innocent until PROVEN guilty. Even if they actually DO violence the prosecutor has to prove it and jury has to accept it. Yea pretty nifty justice system, I know
