So, let me get this straight...Hondo, a trained SWAT officer pulls out unloaded firearm (trigger on that Glock is back = not loaded) with his trigger finger inside the trigger guard and one of the worst finger placement in the history and NOBODY questions if it is really him? Like somehow he forgot how to handle a firearm and fired couple of rounds with unloaded handgun? Right....I know, I know...It is just a TV show but FFS...It is so f*cking stupid.

odiously you dont own a Glock. i carry a glock 19 gen 4. the trigger dont stay back when no round in the chamber. you pull the trigger all day long without a round in it.
The glocks trigger was depressed meaning there was no round in the chamber at the time of the gun firing meaning the previous round was a light primer strike meaning the gun should have never went off in real life
If someone planned to frame me and set something up like this to make it look like I had done something horrible when in reality, I haven't done anything wrong, I would have been upset as hell.

Hondo made the right move when he left and called his second Dec a teammate who he could trust and without a doubt knows he’s innocent and will help him out just like the rest of 20 squad was their to assist Hondo in whatever he needed because they knew exactly what kind of team leader boss hondo is he wants to save lives not take them and he doesn’t discriminate he puts all criminals behind bars That’s what Swat is about even Hicks knows better than to accuse, or think Hondo with kidnap fellow police officers he turns them in ! I think Hondo made the right choice. If he hadn’t ran he wouldn’t have found out it was Novak and the team at the time didn’t know who Novak is so they wouldn’t have figured it out.

I know it's a show but c'mon man. They really went with the cliched; "I can't wait for someone else to clear my name I gotta do it myself." bit? All it does is make him look more guilty and shows he has lack of faith in his team/ the LAPD in general.

GBI enhanced videos get used in court several times in Georgia, because judges allow those videos. Admittedly enhanced so they can't be sued later. Its called using disclaimers to avoid prosecution later. DNA people and forensics people use false evidence all the time and get paid to lie. A fingerprint that is a three point match is not a match at all.

It’s clear by how he hold that pistol that he’s never actually held one outside of acting. When he shows the gun he’s got his whole finger wrapped around the trigger. This show is awful from an old ex-soldier point of view. The gun play is horrendous, they could at least hire a gun guy so they don’t look like complete clown when doing these scenes.
