Thanks man, you just saved me quite a bit of money. I have an older BT5090 laying around I never use and was wondering if the newer model was any better. As it turns out, it isn't and suffers from the exact same issues. I may look into your remington though!
I got BT5070 (same as yours) and yeah, it's the same issue, not sharp enough. Unfortunately my battery is almost dead and you can't change it without soldering (new generation has an easy swap battery). So yeah, I will look into another models too
I got it today and it worked fine to just remove it all off my face idk how it is for shaping it yet. Worked better then my old one. And it was a good price compared to alot of other once i can get here
Thanks a lot for the detailed review! I'm using a Moser for my beard and body which is quite heavy but very sharp and powerful. One move and it cuts everything on its way! No mistake is acceptable :)) I was wondering if these chargeable trimmers were good enough compared to my Moser. Based on your and others reviews, I think they are best suitable when you travel and want to have a handy chargeable machine.
Thanks :) I have no experience of the Moser, but yes I like it more and more actually. The biggest blade isn't great, but it's not worthless. The two other blades great.
I was looking for reviews to choose between the bt7240 and the bt5265, the 7 is slightly more expensive than the 5265, yet most websites give the bt5260 the best reviews.. which is 2 models older than the first two.. and after watching this now I'm completely lost

Hey. Thanks for the review. Great input. If I may provide one feedback, it's difficult for a user to understand what you mean when you refer to both machines as "this one" and also cant see what you are holding hehe an improvement would be to say the actual names :)
@@SirPierreSe yeah it is cool that it charges fast, but my issue is if the battery stops working then i won't be able to use it wirelessly, so if i can use with the cable while the battery is potentially dead , it would be great
