​@@michaelcortez9131 on this specific remote that he has in the video it doesn't seem like it has the HEAT and COOL buttons. But you can see a little symbol drawn on the remote, so you hold the UP and MODE(left) buttons instead. hope this helped

@@michaelcortez9131 The remote has two buttons that say HEAT and COOL, you just press and hold them for like 3 seconds and it switches

not at all, when it just starts cooling it can be a little noisy but nothing too loud. Once the room reaches your desired temperature its very quiet. If you want it to be silent you can turn on sleep or silent mode and it almost doesn't make any noise. You forget that it's on.
