In her video launched earlier today Tina talks about her low self esteem as a teenager, and a couple break downs as she got older. Through her journey she discovered many tools that helped her recognise how different we all are. Tina decided to make changes in her life and felt that she needed to accept herself, like who she was and being kinder to herself, to become her best friend by being kinder to herself.
Tina explains how her own determination in achieving her goals and learning new skills has developed a new mindset in her own personal growth and being true to yourself, has helped her be more balanced and positive outlook by incorporating all these skills.
Tina loves to help others learn new skills which they are able to use themselves. In this video Tina goes through some skills that you may be able to use, yourself to start your own journey.
