You forgot to mention that the ending was super happy and joyful but then the mid credits scene showed up and crushed your heart like a star going supernova.

So let me get this straight: Pym can create matter, Stark can create energy, Strange can create teleportation, Shuri can create nearly impenetrable personal shielding... and all they do with that tech is create new ways to punch each other?

You totally missed an opportunity in starring to call ghost "going through an awkward phase"

I actually really love the Antman movies. Scott is one of my favourite MCU characters and it makes me sad that they get looked over just cause they’re not as ‘epic’ as a lot of the other MCU films

I thought Ant Man and the Wasp was perfectly fine. It was fun and didn't take itself too seriously, and I thought Ghost was right up there with Vulture and Killmonger as some of the best villains in the MCU (that aren't, you know, world ending disaster threats like Thanos or Loki). I think the real problem is just the timing of when it came out. People are starving for continuation and closure from Infinity War, and having his fun little side quest just feels jarring while we wait for that. I think I'll enjoy this a whole lot more once I've gotten past A4 and can see this movie objectively for what it is, it's own thing.

I thought _Ant-Man and the Wasp_ at least did a better job than _Spider-Man: Homecoming_ did at making its low-stakes story still feel like kind of a big deal (no pun intended), although neither feels like one of Marvel Studios' worst. Also, thank you for holding back on comparing Peyton Reed to Edgar Wright.

I like the "West Coast Avengers" joke name at the end (a reference to this being in the Bay Area), but also a nice nod to the real comic series called the West Coast Avengers which had Wasp as one of their members

Just saw it and yep it was a, well made movie, and then the mid credit scene was awesome. It will be interesting to see how infinity war part 2 brings Paul Rudd's Scott Lang into play.

Both Antman movies are silly, but honestly so much fun. Despite the many flaws, I love these movies.
